Hey there! I’m Mathieu, a certified Apple and Samsung technician, with a passion for all things mobile. I’ve been working with phones for years, helping people fix their devices and make the most of their technology.

I started out with a diploma in programming, which gave me a solid understanding of how devices work. From there, I worked at Bell and Telus, supporting customers with everyday phone issues. Whether it was a stubborn app, a network hiccup, or just figuring out how to get things working smoothly. Later, I joined Mobile Klinik and Jump+ as a cellphone technician, where I got hands-on with repairs, diagnostics, and making broken phones feel brand new again.
